       Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.) the Repository of Divine Knowledge Name and Lineage His name was Muhammad, kunniyat Abu Jafar and his well-known appellatives were Taqi and Jawad. Hence, he is generally known as Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.).
